Jonas V Consulting provides credit education, analysis, and document preparation services to assist clients in disputing inaccurate, unverified, or outdated information on their credit reports. We do not guarantee a specific numeric increase in your credit score, as scores are calculated by third-party bureaus.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible outcome, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your identity and financial history.
• Forward all correspondence received from credit bureaus or creditors to our team promptly.
• Refrain from applying for new credit or utilizing existing high-balance credit while we are actively working on your account, as this can negatively impact results.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we leverage proven strategies and consumer protection laws (such as the FCRA) to assist you, Jonas V Consulting is not responsible for the actions or decisions made by credit reporting agencies or independent creditors. Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for our consulting services.

4. Service Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. You may cancel your service agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in your client contract and our standard Refund Policy.

Jonas Victor - Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide professional consulting and credit improvement services to every client we work with.

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of the service start date, as long as substantial work has not yet been completed on the account.

Once services have begun — including activities such as credit report analysis, account review, preparation of disputes, submission of disputes, or consultation sessions — refunds may be reduced or unavailable depending on the work already performed.

After the 14-day period, all payments made for services are considered final and non-refundable.
